Exhibitor terms
The short version: book, bring your game, and we'll look after the rest.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Who we are
The Pre-Show is run by Press Engine Limited (company number 11779526), Business Central 2 Union Square, Central Park, Darlington, England, DL1 1GL ("we", "us"), trading as PressEngine, and produced in partnership with Odd Squad Limited, who handle all exhibitor bookings and payments. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Your booking
Booking a space at The Pre-Show #1 London on Thursday 26 November 2026 gives you one exhibition station per game booked. Payment is made to Odd Squad Limited using the payment link for your package, and your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full and you've sent us your studio and game details. Prices are as shown; no VAT is charged.
3. What's included
Each station includes a monitor, peripherals, power and on-site tech support, along with food & drink for your team on the day and promotion of your game as described on the exhibit page. You are responsible for bringing your game on your own laptop or console, and for any hardware that isn't supplied.
4. On-site support
If you book on-site support, we will engage a PR or marketing professional to showcase your game on the day. This is charged at cost, covering their fee, travel and accommodation.
5. Cancellations & refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at [email protected]. Refunds aren't available for cancellations made less than 14 days before the show, so after Thursday 12 November 2026.
If we have to cancel or postpone the show, we will offer you a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled date.
6. Your game & content
You confirm you have the rights to show your game and to let us use your supplied assets (such as key art, trailers and logos) to promote your game and the show. Content must be suitable for a professional audience; please tell us in advance about any mature content. Section 7 sets out what isn't allowed.
7. Unacceptable use of the event
Your space at the event must not be used to show, play, display or hand out content or materials that the organisers (PressEngine and Odd Squad) consider to be pornographic, sexist or misogynistic; that could incite or encourage hate, racism or other threatening behaviour; that encourages gambling; that is illegal in any relevant territory; or that is harmful to the reputation of PressEngine, Odd Squad or The Pre-Show. This covers your game, trailers, signage, printed materials, merchandise and giveaways.
If we believe a booking breaches this clause, we may ask you to change your game build, materials or setup before the show, and may cancel the booking if this isn't resolved. On the day, we may ask you to stop showing or to remove any content or materials that breach this clause, and if you don't, or the breach is serious, we may remove you from the event. Anyone removed from the event for unacceptable use will not receive a refund.
8. On the day
Please follow the venue's rules and any reasonable instructions from our team. You are responsible for your own equipment, and we recommend it is insured.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your booking.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
